Ohhh -- there are so many people in St. Louis I could've said this to/about!
I love this. It reminds me of teaching English in Taiwan, and how I could never teach anyone there the difference, because the words for boring and bored in Mandarin are the same. So, in English, everyone kept saying, "I feel so boring right now!"
Ack!
Did they actually say this while I was teaching them??
I refuse to remember now.
I fucking hate it when I'm sitting there minding my own business and someone IM's me saying, "I'm bored." Don't come asking me to entertain you, dammit! I hate people who say that almost as much as I hate people who use "your" instead of "you're".
